Stevie is a creative young lady who has always wanted to start her own business selling paintings, prints, and greeting cards with her artwork.
To fulfill her wish. Our team assisted with the organization of an exhibition at a local art gallery in Waipu for Stevie. A special shout out to artstudio.co.nz for providing Stevie with the materials she needed to create more art. In addition, we also helped design her business logo, launch her website, and print her business cards! Gratitude to Gratitude to Canon New Zealand for supporting the generous gifting of a Pro200 Printer, Paper, and Ink so she could continue printing her own artwork to sell.
Stevie even auctioned off one of her art pieces to benefit Make-A-Wish. Thank you, Stevie!
Our wish volunteer, Dianne, attended this fabulous exhibition and said to us: "This was amazing. To have the exhibition as a launch was incredible. Stevie was so nervous that no one would buy her works, but she sold over $3,000 on the first night/weekend. It was hard around the additional bits and pieces because of the night. She was so nervous and busy chatting with everyone. They were a little superfluous but well received. Everyone made it such a fabulous night, and with all Stevie's health workers there and mum working at the hospital, they are still all talking about it. It surpassed all of Stevie's possible thoughts of how it might go."
